NOTE / LEGAL TERMS REV A

Terms & Conditions

Effective August 26, 2026

These terms govern use of the website and consulting services. A written scope or service agreement may add engagement-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the written engagement agreement controls for that project.

Agreement

By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business. Submitting the website form does not create a service agreement or authorize remote access.

Services & scope

Bytewillow Logic LLC provides remote software architecture advisory and IT systems consulting, including architecture design and tech-stack evaluation; infrastructure audit, cloud optimization, and scale planning; API integration strategy, security review, and data-workflow mapping; DevOps process and deployment-workflow consulting; legacy diagnostic and performance reports; and remote advisory sessions with technical specification modeling. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.

We may decline work that requires unauthorized access, illegal activity, certified legal or audit attestation, 24/7 incident command, or capabilities outside the confirmed scope. Additional work requires approval and may involve additional fees.

Authorization

You confirm that you own or are authorized to discuss the systems, accounts, networks, and materials described in your inquiry. Remote inspection, if any, occurs only with your permission for the agreed window. You may observe, pause, or end a session.

Client responsibilities

Clients remain responsible for access credentials, data backups, third-party subscriptions, licensing, compliance requirements applicable to their industry, and deciding whether to implement recommendations. Bytewillow Logic does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulated-compliance certification unless separately agreed in writing.

Digital delivery

Consulting services, architecture blueprints, and technical audit reports are conducted remotely and delivered digitally. Bytewillow Logic does not ship physical goods.

Fees & payment

Website prices are starting points. Fees are quoted for the agreed scope. Payment terms will be stated in the engagement confirmation or invoice. Work may be paused if required payments are overdue. Third-party software or cloud fees are the client’s responsibility unless expressly included.

Service limitations

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific cost savings, performance improvements, security outcomes, uptime, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. Results may depend on the current system, data quality, vendor limits, and how recommendations are implemented.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes relating to the website or services is in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless a written engagement agreement states otherwise.
